Every day we do a lot of talking when we meet someone. It is natural and spontaneous. If we imagine talking is like feeding a baby. The baby should grow. Soon we would have fed a lot of babies. Now the question is : will the babies be growing up healthy, clever, bright and lovely.

In the same token, we ask : is our talking a fulfilling and meaningful conversation or dialogue? Does it inspire all parties concern to feel more energized? 

When every conversation is insightful and meaningful, among children, families, school, organization, communities, governments, the United Nations, the global village, we sure will have less suffering and men-made disasters and wars.

But the truth of the matter is like the following analogy : when we bring a stone-cave man from ancient time to today modern city, he sure will die of shock as he cannot comprehend the advancement and technology around him. But then there is one place he feels at home. Many think that it is the zoo or tourist-visited caves with commercialized facilities, equally he will be shocked at such places. The place he feels at home is in the government cabinet meeting, or boardroom, or management meeting, or places people gather to have meeting or discussion. He will witness the same politicking, debate, argument and infighting. There is no quality conversation nor dialogue.

We need to admit that since historical time of mankind, we may have progressed in technologies and worldly things, we have not yet learned the basic communication and conversation skills.
