Potentialities are always there, but hidden.

 

How does Organization help to tap the hidden potentials?

 

How to cause paradigm shifts, transforming problems to opportunities, constraints to possibilities?

 

How do Leaders keep increasing their capability and capacity, not only to Lead but to Influence the rest of the organization and customers?.

 

With best intention, managers / leaders find it challenging to get the organization members to do what is supposed to be good for them and their organization. Sometimes such good intention produces un-intended negative consequences. Much to the dis-appointment, frustration and stress of the managers / leaders.

Typical interventions used are : sending staff for training, getting consultants to improve the operating systems, initiating programs, sometimes with incentives to engage the staff, or on individual level, managers, leaders or supervisors try rationalizing, advising, lecturing, mentoring, coaching, bargaining or, pressuring using authorities.

At times, there are some positive results, but usually not sustainable for long. More often than not, such approaches back-fire : staff behaviours with their corresponding mindsets / attitudes remain unchanged, organizational performance stalls, bottom line declines.

In this two days training cum workshop, better understanding of the human potentialities is made, how the mind works and more importantly tools on Reflective Conversation are introduced and practiced – to unleash the hidden potentials towards organizational excellence.

The teaching is based on experienced gained from coaching carried out to more than 300 clients, with wide range of issues and challenges - business people, corporate management, managers in stress, people in financial difficulties, pain, depression, angry parents, rebellious children, etc

Professional Service Engagement

  • A lump sum price will be quoted to interested client-organization, for design, development and delivery of the 2-day training cum workshop, inclusive of two follow up service within 2 months after the training.
  • Each follow up service consists of 1/2 day facilitation and coaching to managers who apply and practice Reflective Conversation tools to staff with their feedback and learning. This follow up helps reinforced organizational learning towards building a powerful coaching culture.
  • More supporting service to reinforce organizational coaching practice can be arranged.
  • The client-organization is to provide venue and training facilities like LCD projectors, printing of participant manuals, refreshment etc.
  • The maximum number of participants is limited to 15 to ensure more effective learning through classroom practice.

For more effective impact in creating a Coaching Culture, Organization is encouraged to engage QLS for 1 year to facilitate managers practicing the coaching, and actual one to one coaching carried out to the managers by QLS. (refer ..Creating Coaching Culture for Organization )
