After conducting several Investment Mindset
Coaching, the typical difficulties or challenges faced by investors, who
lose money, can be summarized as follow :
- Lack
of understanding of own inner values and drives, thus generating
conflicts and in-congruency affecting their investment decision and
action
- Lack
of awareness of their own habitual mindsets, beliefs, assumptions
and theories about the market and their roles and responsibilities
on losses.
- Lack
of understanding how the market operates and behaves.
- Lack
of knowledge in creating an Investment System to give consistent
positive investment outcome.
- Lack
of discipline and focus even if they overcome the above, hence the
need of a personal coach.l
This
investment coach is making a personal demonstration in implementing an
effective investment system, which is also a coaching subject to
clients. This Investment System to be created is on Option Trading,
which is a totally new and alien to me. That is, Option Trading, is
something I need to start from ground zero, although this Investment
Coach is familiar in Unit Trust instrument, currently managing close to
RM 10 million.
Van
Tharp's teaching is being closely followed. Although there are many
sound advice and teaching points in his books, it is also recognized
that many readers still lack the discipline and focus to carry out the
implementation. This website is also created to encourage Van
Tharp's books readers to do the same.
