When a person is under stress, pressure, difficulties in life, often the person suppresses his or her own feelings or emotions e.g. anger, frustration, grief etc.
After prolong suppression, the suppressed feelings and emotions may just explore like volcano, with symptoms like out-burst, depression, un-controlled behavior like hitting back, attack, suicide.
Another strategy used, when under stress or pressure is disconnecting the emotions. Most people are not aware of such equally harmful strategy.
When faced with traumatic experience or prolong abuse or pressure, in order to survive, the person disconnects the feelings and emotions, so that little or no pain and suffering are felt.
From the EP coaching, the visible symptoms are : such people use a lot of rational mind, to justify the action by other parties who cause him or her harm, or making life conclusion like "Life is like that, one has to take it calmly", "I must be a positive thinker and not let these negative events disturb my life", "Life is a constant struggle and suffering. It is ok to suffer."
Over time these people develop health problems : insomnia, swollen legs, cancers, body stiffness, ..
These negative energies from early experience, not felt and sensed, get stored in the body tissues, organs resulting in diseases.
When asked : "How do you feel? what is your body sensation?"
They say none. In spite of real tragic experience in his or her life, even listeners will move to tears, they still say, "It is OK." A self-denial due to "no" real feelings and emotions felt.
EP coaching helps him or her to identify the limiting beliefs and formulate more useful belief system with daily action , coupled with appropriate exercises, gradually relax the body, to create positive energy flow.
This is usually a long process.
