To share with you a coaching case presented by a participant in my Number Psychology training training program.

Presenting case as follow:

“My coachee has the following numrological numbers 36/9 and <1,2,3.4.5.6.7.8,9,9>。.

Talented, workaholic, like to help others and those in poverty, Financially not doing well, even though helps many company and corporation to set up and turn around, he did not get rewarded, in monetary term as what had been promised before, even his own siblings did the same to him. He claims that he is happy. He likes to complain and with negative mindsets. ..

How to coach such a person ...?”

My reply :

First, need to find out what he wants to be coached? i.e his own agenda, not what we thing is good for him.

You may like to emphasize and encourage him on the well developed attributes of his Numbers , how that could help make contribution to mankind and self.

There is likelihood that if you explain well the attributes of the above, he will feel a bell ringing in his heart, i.e. his inner calling. Do check with him if that is so, even though Number Psychology does indicate many people feel the resonance.

What he sees or feels his strength and weaknesses with respect to his goal or agenda as mentioned above.

While you listen deeply to his articulation, you are well equipped with the following clues from his Numbers, and slowly you could insert at the appropriate moment and get his to verify, e.g.

• His Number X may indicate his internal psychological conflict with money, power and authority, maybe some inherent fear and distaste. If that is so, the problem could be himself and not the world not rewarding him.

• Another set of Numbers makes him want to be of help to people around, but may have problem in expressing his own needs, feelings and emotions, and also he hides himself in the busy world externally and not want to reveal or get in touch with his true self. That is, his outward kindness is not in resonance with his innermost feeling and desire, and he could rarely find true joy and satisfaction, as indicated by his complaining manner and negative mindsets.

• You may like to check his health conditions as, if the above is true, he can have several health problems arising from negative psychology.

• Other Number Y may indicate him lost in details, hence lost sight of a bigger picture i.e. busy chopping the trees and can’t see the whole forest, getting involved in bolts and nuts. He then becomes workaholic. Hence your coaching focus is to help him to balance larger vision versus the details and routine of things. And he needs to manifest another Number indicating Creativity and not just follow procedures. Even if he has good attitudes towards money and power, i.e. without negative psychological charges, such narrow focus of work and involvement cannot help him make money.

• With a set of so many Numbers in his case, he does have a lot of challenges in life to learn to mature all attributes, which can be confusing and difficult to coordinate.

Hence he may need longer time to coach if he commits himself with your coaching. You can also refer to the Laws of Balancing (as taught in the training class) as guide and use Energy Psychology to clear energy blockages so that he can create new positive energy to move forwards.
