"Our Health is What We Eat"
Most people will not have dispute on this
statement.- ."Our health is What we Eat!"
We know that too much junk foods or unhealthy
foods lead to illness and unhealthy life. But the problem is - most
people do not know exactly what foods cause harm to our body system
and in what specific ways? Nor do they know to what extent intake of
wrong foods can cause bodily harm.
Furthermore, we have taken for granted the ideas
of healthy foods, without knowing that these foods may actually be the
ingredients for producing poison or toxin in our body, causing all the
frequent sickness or cancers.
Even if statistical evidence is presently,
logically explained, not all will subscribe to it, if they are not
faced with some serious sickness with little hope or help from the
modern medicines or treatments. Belief is usually the last resort when
nothing proves to work.
Furthermore food industry is a highly
commercialized business, there will be propaganda, advertisement,
education sponsorship to get public stuck with belief and ideas and
reject any new theories that cast doubt on the potentials harm - just
like tobacco companies will find all ways to silence those who sue
over sickness or fatality caused by smoking..
For those who initially find the evidence
convincing, or the logic reasonable, if they are still not diagnosed
with serious sickness, they would not like to give up their lifestyle
and eating habits easily. They feel that the joy of life is taken
away, when their favorite foods are "banned."
"Our Health is What we Eat!"
"Years after years of toxin / poisons are accumulated in our body
system due to wrong foods intake, over-stressing and damaging our
bodily systems like digestion, discharging system, etc",
is, the most, an interesting idea or casual topic for conversation
with friends over parties.
It is not a belief. It is not a belief that foods
are the main source of evils that can cause bodily harm if the foods
are not properly chosen and prepared for consumptions.
Most people still indulge, spend money in other
supplements, therapies, exercises etc. and continue with the usual
food habits or not studying the effects of their regular food intake
that can have negative effect on the bodily system.
They are those who go for occasional de-toxification
program, but do not change their food intake habits, not make serious
study of it. Their thinking is : "eat what you enjoy and
want, then go for de-toxification once a while ...". The behavior
is a bit like working parents have not time for children throughout
the whole year, except Christmas holidays in a resort with family to
make up. Do you think a week or two make up can be complete and
wholesome?
There are plenty of cases of people taking
careful and serious effort to improve their health by taking
exercises, supplements, careful food diets, but still end up in
sickness or pain or cancer.
What really is the fuss about in the above
mumbling?
The key idea is to help to prepare our minds for
significant paradigm shifts, that,
-
What we consider as healthy foods can
actually be harmful
-
We have not fully understood the interaction
and chemistry between what we consider as healthy food intake to
our body system?
-
That if we believe "Our Health is What
we Eat!" the prevention to sickness and pain is our food
intake and not divert our attention and energy to other things in
an un-proportional way..
End.
