Do you take you bath daily?
Sure, and you use 5 gallons of water, i.e. 23 litres. Or even more, 10 gallons or 45 litres of water, to clean your dirt from your body.
But do you carry out inner bath to the internals of your body system with water?
With so much “poison” food we take, so much toxins we produce in our body, how much water do you use daily to cleanse? Or how many glasses of water do you drink daily? Make a conscious effort to make a count, 2 glasses, 5 glasses of water? 5 glasses of water is only about 1.2 litres.
But you use almost 23 to 45 litres of water to clean you body dirt, which is mostly not so obvious to the eyes. And you ignore the amount of junk food, oily food, undigested food which are converted to toxins in your body, and not thinking of taking adequate inner bath!?
You need minimum 3 litres, or 3000 cc of clean water to bath internally. That is, you need to drink minimum 12 glasses of clean water EVERY DAY!
Taking an inner bath is an important concept to be instilled to yourself, your children, your family members, friends, relatives and all human beings. From hygiene, we learn the importance of taking daily external bath, otherwise, we stink, feel dirty.
But without adequate inner bath, the effects are not so immediate and obvious, but over time it can become disastrous, as the un-removed toxins can produce all sorts of sickness, tumor, cancers.

Every morning when you wake up, drink 1.5 litres of clean water (no coffee, tea, Milo etc., just clean portable water. No food 1 hour before and after you drink the 1.5 litres of water. (You can start with 2-3 glasses, then increase to 6 glasses). Then you could spread the other 1.5 litres, 6 more glasses over the day. In total, minimally 12 glasses of water.
