We
have been brought up since young to eat fruits by peeling off skin and
remove the seeds, and only take the flesh. But more and more research
shows that certain skin and seeds of the fruit have the best
nutrients. And grape is one of those fruits.
It is claimed that grape seeds can increase the good cholesterol, lower blood pressure, prevent some cancers etc. and help in improving a variety of circulatory ailments.

There
are commercial product of grape
seed extract.
For
the time being, I am experimenting with wholesome fruit (not relying
commercialized product.) Every day in my fruit juice making (with a
variety of fruits, including grapes with skin and seeds) using a
powerful 2-horse power blender that can crush and rapture the
wholesome fruit to its microscopic particles for consumption.
We
also try to use more grape
seed oil for cooking or mix with salad or Soya bean milk (again
prepared using the special blender that would not waste a single fibre
of the bean.
