Just
recently my friend introduced to me a Big Movement in China
called
"312" with close to 4 millions followers. Basically it
is a very
easy and simple
exercise, everyone, every where and any time people, young and old can
do.
Though
simple, the exercise can have tremendously positive effect on health.
It can help to overcome various types of discomfort and
sickness, cancer, or just make one energetic if he or she has no sickness.
After 15 years of research by a Chinese Professor, he discovered the
locations of the most
effective accu-points of our body meridians and instead of using
needle, just use finger to press and massage EVERYDAY to improve health. There are
"3" main points
(2 at the hands and 1 at the legs).
Then "1" refers to using stomach for breathing.
"2" using the legs as main support structure of our body for
exercise.
