Logical and linear thinking dominate business strategies and plan into the future. Again and again, it is proved that actual business landscapes emerge un-expectedly, not in line with the master-plan.

Introduction

 

You ponder over the past many years, why actual results differ so much from the best effort and good-intention business plan and strategies. Either there are serious gaps between planned and actual, and / or the unfolding events (externally and internally) affect the business surprisingly and negatively.

 

We understand, we do not live in an insulated island, there are inter-dependencies and relationship of variables that can impact our business and organization performance. Our business are not spare from the many world events - 9-11, Sars, Oil Price, Steel shortage, Tsunami, earth-quake, etc.

 

This 2-day program is a highly facilitated action learning workshop, not training per ser.


This program is designed for a group of upper management from the same company. The company needs to provide the current and past few years business strategies and plan and performance results for all participants as part of input to this learning event.

 

The end-deliverables of this workshop is the collectively constructed future scenario stories and the appropriate strategies and broad plan for more detailed work to be carried out.
