Underpinning
Theory
The underpinning theory used in
the learning intervention is the Iceberg Theory.
Briefly there are three elements :
event as the top of the iceberg, and pattern and structures beneath the
iceberg.
Event
Event is what is visible or
obvious. Event can include symptoms, performance, conditions, what is
happening or not happening, business performance, investment outcome,
health conditions.
Pattern
Over time, events can form a pattern of behavior, for
the better or for the worse.
Structure
Structure includes belief
system, motives, attitudes, value, mindsets, thoughts, .... which are the
drivers to the pattern of behavior and the resulting events.
QuaSyLaTic
Services
Iceberg Theory is especially used
in Mindset-Emotion Coaching and Behavioral Facilitation services - where
the focus is the structure that give rise to pattern of behavior over time
and the resulting event or symptoms.
The three specific areas of
applications are a) organizational learning system towards business results,
b) investment mindsets and psychology towards making money, c)
patients
self-healing and restructuring their thoughts which affect their health.
