We often say, we need healthy foods.
This implies that if we have healthy foods, we will have better health.
Don’t you think this assumption is too simplistic and too general?
Perhaps the emphasis is on “What foods for Body and Mind”.
We should know what foods specifically for what parts of our body and what parts of our mind.
Only with proper functioning of all parts of our body and mind we can become healthy.
